Usage Notes

Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New, then paste with Ctrl+V into the editor pane (not the HTML source view). Outlook will preserve inline styles.

Gmail: Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new, paste directly into the rich-text signature box. If images don't render, re-upload the logo via the image icon and relink manually.
